Warranty

We care about our products and do our very best to deliver them to you in optimal condition. However, it is possible that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs which impacts the quality of our products. Please contact us as soon as possible, but at least within a month of discovering the deviation, to inform us about the malfunction. Together we can come to a reasonable solution for your problem.

Complaints

Unfortunately it is possible that things do not go as expected. We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. It is also possible for EU consumers to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. The ODR platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
