Job Description As a Skincare Specialist, you will use your passion for and knowledge of skincare to advise customers, recommend products based on their skin type, and create personalized skincare routines. Your expertise helps customers find the perfect skincare, resulting in radiant, healthy skin! Knowledge about skin, skincare, and ingredients is required. This includes the ability to recommend the right products to customers, even if it stems from a passionate hobby. Customer-friendliness is in your DNA, and you are always ready to learn. Your talents, skills, and experience

• Proven work experience in retail (minimum 1 year);
• Knowledge and experience with Korean beauty, demonstrated by adding a short skincare routine with an explanation to your application;
• Proficient in both Dutch and English;
• A strong personality, flexible, and able to handle working under pressure;
• Loves the challenge of learning, developing, and achieving goals;
• Good listener, able to recognize needed information based on customer conversations;
• Customer and service-oriented.
