What will you do? As an SEO specialist at Little Wonderland, you are crucial in increasing our online visibility and optimizing the user experience to drive organic traffic. Additionally, you will work closely with our content creators to develop content that is perfectly aligned with SEO:

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies: Ensure we stand out in search engines with thoughtful and creative strategies.
• Optimize website content and structure: Improve findability by adjusting and optimizing content and website structure.
• Monitor website performance: Closely monitor website performance and implement strategic optimizations for continuous improvement.
• Manage and monitor SEO tools: Use and manage tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software to measure and optimize performance.
• Identify trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and implement them to strengthen our competitive position.
• Conduct analyses and market research: Analyze market trends and user behavior to identify opportunities and improve our position.
• Optimize technical SEO aspects: Enhance the technical side of our websites, such as site speed, mobile usability, and crawlability.
• Support marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to share SEO insights and achieve common goals.

What do we ask of you?

• HBO working and thinking level: A completed HBO-level education, preferably in marketing, communication, or computer science.
• At least 3 years of experience in SEO: You have several years of experience and can demonstrate successful execution of SEO strategies and results.
• Good communication skills: You can explain complex technical concepts simply, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong in strategic planning and technical insight: You can devise and execute long-term SEO strategies with a good understanding of the technical side.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch: You can communicate and write fluently in both languages, which is important for working with international and local teams and clients.
• Customer-focused and good at data analysis: Your focus is on improving the customer experience using data-driven decisions.
• Experience with project management: You can manage SEO projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaboration and quality assurance: You have experience working in a team and ensure top-quality SEO execution.
• Creative and innovative approach: You are always looking for new and better ways to achieve results and solve problems.
• Self-motivated and proactive: You are always willing to learn and develop yourself in a fast-changing digital environment.
