As an Operational Buyer, you will be responsible for assembling innovative product lines, monitoring price levels on the LW Cosmetics webshop, and conducting data analyses from a procurement perspective. Additionally, you will be responsible for margin control of the products. Together with the procurement manager, you will maintain contacts with (international) suppliers.

In your role, you will liaise between internal stakeholders and suppliers, maintain relationships, and improve procurement processes. You will identify interesting products for LW Cosmetics and optimize where necessary. Additionally, you will conduct data analyses and draw connections between external developments and internal strategies. With good support, you will thoroughly learn the procurement department. You will also perform operational tasks such as order management and invoice verification.

What will you do?

• Responsible for the 'commercial side' of procurement
• Monitor prices and margins
• Conduct procurement analyses (data) based on trends, developments, sales, and potential
• Maintain contacts with (international) suppliers alongside the procurement manager
• Various operational and practical tasks (invoice verification, entering purchase orders, etc.)

Who are we looking for?

• An HBO or university degree, preferably in Small Business & Retail Management, Business Administration, or Commercial Economics
• Completed NEVI 1 training is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement
• You are commercial, ambitious, data-driven, and result-oriented
• Strategic mindset, numerically skilled, and a true trader's spirit
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• You work in a structured and dynamic way. You set the right priorities but also know when to switch quickly and commercially
• Entrepreneurial and not bound to a 9-to-5 mentality
• Living in the Arnhem/Nijmegen area
