What will you do?

As our Warehouse Manager, you are the backbone of our warehouse. What’s on your to-do list?

• Plan and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse.
• Keep logistics running smoothly and ensure everything is on track.
• Check warehouse data, ensure accuracy, and dive into the numbers to continuously improve.
• Organize and optimize our storage space and layout perfectly.
• Ensure our goods remain top quality and maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee warehouse technology and stay open to new innovations.
• Recruit, train, and help new team members grow in their roles.
• Manage the budget professionally and look for smart savings.
• Create reports that show how well we’re doing and where we can improve.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a warehouse manager who meets the following requirements:

• At least an MBO-4 diploma; however, your practical experience and sense of responsibility are valued more highly.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within logistics.
• Excellent leadership skills and organizational abilities are essential.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is required, along with an open attitude towards technological innovations.
• Strong communication skills are necessary, both in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation.
