When do I receive a goodie bag?
When you spend €150 or more, you will receive a goodie bag with a value of €120.
I don't see the goodie bag in my shopping cart, will I get it with my
order?
When your shopping cart contains products with a total value of €150, a goodie bag will automatically added to your order. Please note; while stock last!
Are there any goodie bags left?
Through our instagram channel we share the latest updates regarding availability of the goodie bag and much more. Keep a close eye on our channel!
Is there a difference between the goodie bag from the store and the website?
The goodie bag from the store contains the same gifts as the bag from the website.

Can I also redeem my gift card in the store?
Your gift cards can only be redeemed in the online store.
Can I pick up my online order in the store?
Your online order will always be delivered through our carriers.
I have a VVV-voucher, can I exchange it in the store?
A VVV-voucher is only redeemable through the online store.
Are the opening hours during the week of Black Friday different from normal?
No, the store keeps its usual opening hours during Black Friday Week. We do have an exclusive in-store shopping night from 18:00 til 20:00.
I would like to get advice about products, is this possible?
During Black Friday Week the store provides limited advice. This is mostly based on how many customers there are in the store. Please keep in mind when it is too crowded, advice will not be available.
Our skincare specialists are available online during Black Friday Week to provide advice.

How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
Thanks to all the amazing discounts during Black Friday Week, we’re of course making many of our customers happy. During this period, we also ship out many more orders than usual. Everyone at Little Wonderland and our delivery partners is doing their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that there may be a delay of 2-4 business days during this time.
My order was delivered according to Track & Trace, but I don't have it
receive?
It can occur that your delivery didn't go as expected. When you didn't receive your order please contact our customer service.

I forgot something, can I add it afterwards?
Unfortunately it is not possible to add an extra product to a
pending order. In this case we ask you to drop an additional order.
