Missha's All Around Safe Block Cotton Sun SPF50+ PA++++ is another amazing addition to their sunscreen line. The addition of sebum powder mattifies the skin and balances sebum production making it a great choice for those with oily skin. Tea tree leaf extract works healing on the skin and treats any troubled areas while panthenol has amazing soothing benefits. The formula is water, sweat, and sebum resistant in addition to having a tone-up effect on the skin.
One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.
UV Filters:
- Zinc Oxide (UVA1- en UVA2, UVB), Titanium Oxide (UVA2 en UVB).
Ingredients we love
- Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A crucial, oil soluble antioxidant in skin. Protects skin from free radical damage and makes skin more resilient against UV rays.
- Panthenol: A provitamin with moisturizing, hydrating abilities, that has anti-inflammatory and protective properties. Helps prevent irritation.
- Ceramide NP: Enforces the skin’s protective moisture barrier, and increase the hydration of the skin, leaving skin feeling smooth and firm, with less fine lines.
- Apply adequate amount at the last step of basic skin care
- Apply 30 minutes before going out in the sun.
- Reapply every two hours for the perfect sun protection during the outdoor activity.
