The Make P:rem UV Defense Me. Daily Sun Fluid is a hybrid sunscreen, meaning that it combines the beneficial effects of chemical and mineral UV-filters to effectively protect the skin. Natural botanical ingredients help soothe and relieve stressed skin. Ceramides and beta-glucan repair and reinforce the skin barrier, also protecting it from external stress and pollution. The sunscreen feels refreshing on the skin and is suitable to for application all over the body.
One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.
UV Filters:
- Titanium Dioxide (UVA2 en UVB), Uvinul A plus (320-400 nm), Uvinul T 150 (280-320nm), Iscotrizinol (UVA2-UVB).
Ingredients we love:
- Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A crucial, oil soluble antioxidant in skin. Protects skin from free radical damage and makes skin more resilient against UV rays.
- Rosemary Extract: Contains potent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant components, and kills detrimental bacteria in skin.
- Centella Asiatica: A wound healing plant with anti-inflammatory qualities. Stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, hydrates skin and increases the antioxidant levels in skin.
- Apply adequate amount at the last step of basic skin care
- Apply 30 minutes before going out in the sun.
- Reapply every two hours for the perfect sun protection during the outdoor activity.
