The Make P:rem UV Defense Me. Daily Sun Essence is enriched with 73% of moisturizing essence to give your skin a hydration boost. The refreshing formula absorbs well into the skin without making it sticky or creating a white cast. Ingredients such as bamboo water and rosemary extract work to soothe the skin. Water retention technology prevents dehydration and forms a layer on the skin to strengthen its barrier. The chemical sunscreen protects from UV damage, external stress and pollution.
One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.
UV Filters:
- Uvinul A plus (320-400 nm), Uvinul T 150 (280-320nm), Tinosorb M (280-400nm), Iscotrizinol (UVA2-UVB).
Ingredients we love:
- Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A crucial, oil soluble antioxidant in skin. Protects skin from free radical damage and makes skin more resilient against UV rays.
- Rosemary Extract: Contains potent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant components, and kills detrimental bacteria in skin.
- Pear Extract: Pears are rich in antioxidants and can contribute to glowing, clear skin.
- Apply adequate amount at the last step of basic skin care
- Apply 30 minutes before going out in the sun.
- Reapply every two hours for the perfect sun protection during the outdoor activity.
