Product description
Klairs Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil is a Cleansing Oil composed of various vegetable oils. With black bean oil to soothe the skin and balance sebum production. Black sesame oil to provide antioxidants. And Black Currant Seed oil to provide minerals and vitamins. Removes dirt and makeup without irritating the skin. Hypoallergenic. Suitable to all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Ingredients we love
- Sesame oil: Excellent for dull, dry skin. Rich in antioxidants and skin beneficial unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols and vitamin E.
- Blackcurrant oil: Rich in antioxidants and gamma-linolenic acid, which makes it a very effective anti-inflammatory agent.
- Jojoba oil: Jojoba oil is technically a wax, making it an unique substance. It has sebum relating properties, and forms a protective, moisturizing film on skin, leaving it supple and soft.

Ik ben heel blij met de olie, heeft een diepe reinigende werking net als een scrub maar dan in olie variant. Voor de onzuivere plekken met name kin en neus gebruik ik de olie om de twee dagen. Daarnaast gebruik ik dagelijks de calendula olie voor om mijn hele gezicht te reinigen. Mooie combinatie!

It does the job of cleansing my skin and removing the sunscreen but it is not very comfortable to use. As someone with combination skin, I don't think I would buy it again. It is hard to get rid of from the skin and leaves an oily feeling behind. Coming back to my favourite, Iunik's calendula oil!

Il y a des huiles plus agréables à utiliser que celle-ci.

Definitely not for someone who doesn't understand how oil cleanser works (even though already stated in the instruction within the product step of Korean skincare). Cleanses easily with my light water based cleanser and doesn't make my skin dry. The only downside would be that the bottle is not so convenient for traveling (though this applies to many products).

The worst oil based cleanser I have ever used. It leaves the skin extremely greasy and you cannot rinse it with water to any extent. It does not remove mascara either and has a strong perfume-like scent. I had to trash this product.

Since my favourite Gentleman Black Fresh Cleansing oil was sold out, i decided to try the Deep Cleansing oil. It has more active ingredients and I think my skin responds well to it, as long as I rinse it off very well and use a toner afterwards. I prefer to have a more minimal routine. This cleanser leaves an oily layer, which tends to grease up my combination skin which leads to imperfections. I suppose this product is good for people with normal to dry skin.

It does the job at cleansing my skin and removing sunscreen but it irritates my eyes pretty bad. This is my first cleansing oil and I must admit that I prefer cleansing balm. It is quite gentle on my dry sentitive skin though.

Ik gebruik normaal een balsem, maar ik wou deze olie graag uitproberen op aanraden. Het is een goed product, ik had geen last van de geur en het 'smelt' de make-up zoals het moet. Raad het zeker aan als je van een olie cleanser houdt, maar persoonlijk zal ik teruggaan naar de Clinique balsem.

Hij doet wat hij moet doen. Ik ben alleen niet zo’n fan van geuren in het algemeen en deze geur al helemaal niet. Ik gebruik hem om deze reden niet elke dag maar enkel als ik makeup en verschillende lagen zonnecrème ervan moet wassen. Ik merk wel dat mijn huid na mijn gewone zeep (CeraVe SA reiniger) minder droog aanvoelt als ik de olie als eerste reiniging gebruikt heb.

Het is op zich wel een prima product, alleen na paar weken gebruik is de pomp kapot gegaan. Ik heb het in een lege fles van purito in gedaan zodat ik kan pompen. Volgende keer ga ik voor een andere merk.

I use this in combination with a cleaning foam (pyunkang yul), but 2-3x a week max. The dispenser broke after a few weeks of using, so it's quite hard to use the right amount. The oil itself applies easily, I don't need much to over my whole face.

I use a very stripping cleanser for my second step (COSRX Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser) , so it's critical for me to have a first step oil cleanser that can prepare my skin. This is a lightweight oil cleanser that checks the boxes: it's pleasant to use, helps protect my skin for that second step, and I feel it helps keep my skin feeling hydrated ever since I started using it. It does what I expect it to do.

Started using this product a while ago and i really see a big difference in my skin. I always used the double cleanse technique to clean my skin but was never satisfied with the oils I have used before. Until now! Will order again. Also, works fine to remove eye makeup for me.

Loved this cleanser! I always do a double cleanse and this really works well as a first step in my routine. Gets rid of my makeup easily (admittedly, I only wear light makeup) and then finish it off with a water-based cleanser.

Wat een heerlijke cleansing oil is dit. Mijn huid voelde al direct na de eerste keer heerlijk zacht en schoon aan. De olie heeft een heerlijke en zachte geur. Heel fijn product om te gebruiken.

Wat een fijne olie! De geur is lekker en kalmerend en de olie voelt super zacht aan op de huid. Ik gebruik de olie vlak voordat ik de douche in ga en spoel hem dan af. Ook na het afspoelen voelt je huid zacht en soepel aan. 1 van de fijnste reinigers so far!

My sensitive skin tolerated this product well, I did not experience any break-outs or redness due to the product! Good first cleanser, gets rid of the major impurities, but I do recommend cleansing twice or using a second cleanser afterwards, it doesn't get rid of everything when wearing makeup/physical sunscreen. also, the bottle says to use it dry hands and dry face, but I personally felt it worked better and smoother when you foam it up with a bit of water first.
It does leave the skin feeling soft and plump!

This is the first oil-based cleanser I use and I love it! I already use several products from Klairs and they fit my skin type quite well, so I was very curious of this one. It has a natural, kind of a 'no-scent' scent which i love about Klairs and it feels gentle on my skin as well. I use it twice a day in my 2 step cleansing routine and also as a prep for Klair's Black Sugar Facial Polish 2/3 times a week. This combo is sooo nice, the oil makes it easier to exfoliate and really helps in distributing the polish evenly. Overall a well spent product! Definitely gonna restock once I finish it!

Ik heb een heel gevoelige eczeemhuid met op mijn t-zone af en toe een outbreak. Deze zachte olie droogt mijn huid niet uit maar reinigt de poriën echt diep. Aanrader!

Dit product is echt een aanrader. Had altijd al moeilijkheden met reinigingsdoekjes om makeup eraf te halen, maar nu is dat probleem weg. Dit product haalt je makeup er direct af en laat je huid niet droog een gekrakt achter. Echt super. Voor de eerste gebruikt en direct tevreden mee!!!!

Ik heb nog nooit zo een diepe reiniging gehad zonder mijn huid te iriteren. Ik gebruik het elke avond. Het verwijdert al het vuil en makeup zonder prikken roodheid of jeuk. Ik zal zeker een nieuwe fles kopen als deze op gaat.

I'm not very happy with this cleanser. It doesn't wash off very well, leaves an oily layer behind, even after rinsing with warm water. a foam based cleaner is a must after this. Not very good at removing color rich/matt lipsticks. I used the Enature moringa cleansing balm before this and that cleanses makeup better. I was excited to try klairs cleanser sadly disappointed.

I've tried many different type of cleansing oil in order to incorporate this into my Korean skin care routine but due to my skin sensitivity most cleansing oil I've tried always led to breakouts. this is the first cleansing oil that works for my acne-prone skin. Every day I actually look forward to come home and clean my face using this oil followed by foaming facial wash. My skin feels super fresh without dryness and sometimes I can feel little grits and blackheads coming out of my pores. Totally recommended

Good first cleanser, gets rid of the major impurities, but I do recommend cleansing twice or using a second cleanser afterwards, it doesn't get rid of everything when wearing makeup/physical sunscreen. also, the bottle says to use it dry hands and dry face, but I personally felt it worked better and smoother when you foam it up with a bit of water first.
It does leave the skin feeling soft and plump!

It's my first time using a cleansing oil and I must say I really like how it removes all my makeup and that it those not leave an oily residue on my skin. I would definitely buy it again.

This is the first oil-based cleanser I use and I love it! I already use several products from Klairs and they fit my skin type quite well, so I was very curious of this one. It has a natural, kind of a 'no-scent' scent which i love about Klairs and it feels gentle on my skin as well. I use it twice a day in my 2 step cleansing routine and also as a prep for Klair's Black Sugar Facial Polish 2/3 times a week. This combo is sooo nice, the oil makes it easier to exfoliate and really helps in distributing the polish evenly. Overall a well spent product! Definitely gonna restock once I finish it!

Ik heb een heel gevoelige eczeemhuid met op mijn t-zone af en toe een outbreak. Deze zachte olie droogt mijn huid niet uit maar reinigt de poriën echt diep. Aanrader!

Dit product is echt een aanrader. Had altijd al moeilijkheden met reinigingsdoekjes om makeup eraf te halen, maar nu is dat probleem weg. Dit product haalt je makeup er direct af en laat je huid niet droog een gekrakt achter. Echt super. Voor de eerste gebruikt en direct tevreden mee!!!!

Ik heb nog nooit zo een diepe reiniging gehad zonder mijn huid te iriteren. Ik gebruik het elke avond. Het verwijdert al het vuil en makeup zonder prikken roodheid of jeuk. Ik zal zeker een nieuwe fles kopen als deze op gaat.

Product is amazing! My skin feels so soft after i use it, it doesn't irritate and my skin is super clean! The only downside is the packaging. A lot of plastic! The bottle is even wrapped in plastic

I'm not very happy with this cleanser. It doesn't wash off very well, leaves an oily layer behind, even after rinsing with warm water. a foam based cleaner is a must after this. Not very good at removing color rich/matt lipsticks. I used the Enature moringa cleansing balm before this and that cleanses makeup better. I was excited to try klairs cleanser sadly disappointed.

I've tried many different type of cleansing oil in order to incorporate this into my Korean skin care routine but due to my skin sensitivity most cleansing oil I've tried always led to breakouts. this is the first cleansing oil that works for my acne-prone skin. Every day I actually look forward to come home and clean my face using this oil followed by foaming facial wash. My skin feels super fresh without dryness and sometimes I can feel little grits and blackheads coming out of my pores. Totally recommended

Erg fijne cleansing oil. Lekkere geur en geen irritaties aan mijn huid. Ik gebruikte altijd Banila Clean It maar ik vind deze olie ook goed en de verpakking hygiënischer.

Indeed, very good for removing make up. Also removes mascara. Its good to use another cleansing product afterwards such as cleansing foam.
