The Rovectin Anti-irritant UV Defense Tinted SPF 50+ PA+++ offers broad-spectrum sun protection while blurring redness and other skin imperfections with a beige tint. It contains Centella Asiatica Extract, Panthenol, and 20 active ingredients to soothe and hydrate sensitive skin. The hypoallergenic and fast-absorbing formula delivers a natural-looking skin tone and a refreshing finish without leaving a white cast. It can also work as a natural-looking makeup base, making it a convenient addition to any daily skincare routine.
One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.
UV Filters:
- Zinc Oxide (UVA1- en UVA2, UVB), Octinoxate(80-320 nm), Ensulizole (280-320nm).
Ingredients we love:
- Panthenol: A provitamin with moisturizing, hydrating abilities, that has anti-inflammatory and protective properties. Helps prevent irritation.
- Phytosphingosine: Is thought to be a component of the skin's natural defensive system and possesses antibacterial and cell-communicating characteristics.
- Tocopherol: A crucial, oil soluble antioxidant in skin. Protects skin from free radical damage and makes skin more resilient against UV rays.
- Apply adequate amount at the last step of basic skin care
- Apply 30 minutes before going out in the sun.
- Reapply every two hours for the perfect sun protection during the outdoor activity.
