My skin is dehydrated and every water-based cleanser would try it out, especially foaming ones. The Haruharu cleanser foams nicely, but leaves my skin feeling clean and balanced. On its own, it is not strong enough to remove SPF, but it’s a perfect second wash after using an oil cleaser. It wouldn’t recommend it if you want it to remove makeup or sunscreen, but if your skin is sensitive, dry or dehydrated and want a gentle morning/second cleanser, this is the one for you. It actually makes me want to try out other products from the line!"}
